Tron Systems is a private limited company, founded in 1992, with our registered office in London and headquarters in Livingston, Scotland.

We build web and mobile based business applications to user requirements for internet, extranet and intranet use. The applications typically use workflow and communication and incorporate personalised access and security. We are comfortable in providing interfaces to other systems including Oracle, SAP, web services, etc.

Because our solutions are custom built, they are relevant for a wide variety of sectors and sizes of client. We have an impressive client list, including companies in Manufacturing (e.g., ICI, Cadbury Schweppes, Robert Wiseman Dairies), Government/Public Bodies (e.g., NHS Scotland, Scottish Qualifications Authority, Forestry Commission, BBC Worldwide) and Finance (e.g. Deutsche Bank, Wood Mackenzie). Our clients are primarily large and medium-sized companies but we have a number of very satisfied micro companies as clients.

We have a small number of highly skilled, flexible and responsive staff. All staff have at least a 2:1 degree level in IT-related subjects, subsequent professional qualifications, and at least 15 years relevant experience.  Our technical skills include PHP, XML, SQL, web services, Java, Java Server Pages, JavaScript C, C++, API programming, Lotus Notes/Domino and XPages, relational databases (including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server), object-oriented design, and Android and iPhone mobile app platforms.

We are an independent consultancy but have achieved various supplier certifications including IBM Advanced Business Partner and Microsoft Partner.
